Custom and personalised orders

I do accept requests for custom sizes of the existing product lines in my shop. Of course some requests may not be possible, but please ask and where possible I'll make it happen.

Customs Duties & instances of Delays caused by customs.

Please note that import taxes and customs duties are not included in the item price. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. There are also some cases where delays happen due to customs clearance, and this is outside of our control.

Can I return a custom order?

Because custom orders are specific to your specification, I can't resell them. Therefore I will only be able to accept returns of these types of orders if the product is faulty.

Who pays for shipping when I return an item?

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Is the initial delivery deducted from my refund if I return an item?

Yes, the amount you paid for delivery will be deducted from the refund once the item is returned
